Panel Recruitment Manager
This is a full-time or a part-time role. We're looking for a motivated and resourceful Panel Recruitment Manager to help attract and onboard new members to our survey panels. You’ll be in charge of developing and executing creative strategies to drive panel signups across various channels, ensuring we maintain diverse, high-quality respondent bases.

Tasks:
- Source and recruit new panelists through social media, digital advertising, affiliate networks, email campaigns, and partnerships
- Optimize signup funnels and monitor conversion rates
- Track and report on recruitment performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure diversity and quality standards of panelists are met
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment campaigns

Expectations:
