Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. You can work remotely from anywhere.
What we are looking for in a new employee is a good experience with any types of projects - those that include services only, those that include sample only and those that require the full service (from programming to data collection).

Also, experience with sales is a huge plus.

Expectations:
Speak and write English and Bulgarian fluently; 

2+ years of experience in project management and/or sales in quantitative market research;

Well organized

​

Tasks:
Daily communication with current & potential clients
Project management - service only, full service and sample only projects
And other standard market research tasks that might be required

​

What we offer:
Working hours - start at ~9:00 AM CET and end at ~6:00 PM CET;
flexibility is available if sometimes you want to start early and finish early, start late and finish late, or if you want to start late and finish early too
Fully remote working
