Country Lead / Research Manager

We are looking for a Research Manager to join our Team and start our physical presence in Türkiye.
You can work remotely from anywhere.
This would be quite exciting, because the person will be our first employee in this market and will act as a Country Lead as well.
What we are looking for in a new employee is a good experience with any types of quant and qual projects.

Expectations:
Speak and write English and Turkish fluently; 

3+ years of experience in quantitative market research;
Some experience in business development and sales; or with meeting clients;

Well organized

Tasks:
Approach potential clients
Design and conduct research projects
Manage the full lifecycle of quantitative research projects, from proposal development to executive delivery
Deliver insights and strategic presentations to clients, support the business decisions
Daily communication with current & potential clients
And other market research tasks

What we offer:
Working hours - start at 09:00-10:00 AM and end at 6:00-7:00 PM local time;
flexibility is available if sometimes you want to start early and finish early, start late and finish late, or if you want to start late and finish early too
Fully remote working
40 days annual leave
